Ingredients
- 4 Weetabix
- 200ml Arctic Coffee Caramel Latte
- 50ml salted caramel sauce (shop bought)
- 2 small bananas, sliced
- 200g natural greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
- or…you can replace with any thick yogurt and toppings you already have!
Step by step
- Place the Weetabix in your a container of choice and crumble to the consistency you desire, pour over the caramel latte and soak overnight in the fridge.
- The next morning, using a jar or pot of choice, layer your Weetabix mixture at the bottom, followed with some caramel sauce.
- Place your banana on top of your caramel and spoon on your yogurt.
- Repeat the process until your jar or glass container is full.
- Once full, sprinkle over the cacao nibs and pumpkin seeds and either pop back into the fridge until desired or serve straight away.
