Ingredients
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 2 oranges, peeled and sliced
- 150g pineapple chunks, sliced
- 1 mango, sliced
- a few mint leaves
For the dressing
- 1 tbsp Aspall Organic Apple Cyder Vinegar
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp light brown sugar
Step by step
- Whisk together the vinegar, lime juice, and brown sugar dressing until the sugar has dissolved. Set aside.
