  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 2 oranges, peeled and sliced
  • 150g pineapple chunks, sliced
  • 1 mango, sliced
  • a few mint leaves
For the dressing
  • 1 tbsp Aspall Organic Apple Cyder Vinegar
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp light brown sugar

Step by step

  1. Whisk together the vinegar, lime juice, and brown sugar dressing until the sugar has dissolved. Set aside.
  2. Add all of the prepared fruit to a bowl, then toss in the dressing. Arrange over a platter and scatter with mint leaves.
    COOK'S TIP
You can use the cap of your Aspall Organic Apple Cyder Vinegar bottle as a measure. One cap is approximately the equivalent of a teaspoon, and three is a tablespoon.
