Ingredients
- 100ml vodka
- 2 tsp of lemon juice and 2 small pieces of pared lemon zest
- 2 tsp thin-cut Seville marmalade
- 2 tbsp Cointreau
- a handful of ice
Step by step
- Add all the ingredients, except the lemon zest, to a cocktail shaker and give it a really good shake.
- Strain into a chilled Martini glass and serve garnished with the pared lemon zest.
