Ingredients
- 410g tin chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 3 tbsp natural yogurt
- 75ml rapeseed oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp harissa paste
- 5g sesame seeds
Step by step
- Whizz the chickpeas and garlic in a food processor until smooth, then add in the tahini, yogurt, oil, lemon juice and harissa paste. Whizz again until smooth then spoon in bowls and drizzle with oil and a scattering of sesame seeds. Serve with Walkers Deli Cheddar Chips,
