Cream of the crop: 7 recipes to whip up for National Cream Tea Day
by Abigail Spooner

Celebrated annually on the last Friday of June, National Cream Tea Day is the perfect excuse to indulge in one of Britain’s most quintessential traditions: the comforting trio of freshly baked scones, clotted cream and jam – all washed down with a steaming cup of tea. The berries are unusually large and bursting with sweetness, making them an excellent addition to your afternoon tea.
