Ingredients
- 250g Taste the Difference whole rolled porridge oats
- 150g walnuts, roughly chopped
- 60g pumpkin seeds
- 50g golden linseeds or flaxseed
- 100ml extra virgin olive oil
- 125ml maple syrup
Step by step
- Preheat the oven to 160°C, fan 140°C, gas 3 and line a baking tray. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl with a pinch of salt. Transfer to the prepared tray and spread the mixture out.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until deeply golden, stirring every 10 minutes or so. Remove from the oven and stir in a pinch of salt. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container for up to a month.
