Ingredients
- 2 mince pies*, crumbled into large chunks
- 120ml hot freshly brewed coffee
- 2 tbsp amaretto
- 2 scoops good quality vanilla ice cream
Step by step

Divide the mince pies between two small dishes. Combine the coffee with the amaretto. Top the mince pie with a scoop of ice cream, pour over the amaretto coffee and serve.
