Ingredients
- 30ml gin
- 30ml Chambord
- ice cubes
- frozen raspberries, to garnish
- 250ml chilled Champagne
Step by step
- Put the gin and Chambord in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for a minute or so. Pop a couple of frozen raspberries in the bottom of two champagne flutes and then strain the gin base between the two glasses. Top up with the Champagne and serve. *Check your Champagne is vegetarian, if required.
