Ingredients
- handful of ice
- 25ml pressed pear and elderflower fruit cordial (we used Robinsons)
- 30ml apple juice
- 15ml vodka
- 150ml prosecco or Champagne, to top up
- 1 sprig of rosemary
Step by step
- Half fill a chilled copa glass (or similar) with ice. Pour over the cordial, apple juice and vodka. Top up with prosecco or champagne and gently stir to combine. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
