Ingredients

  • 3 passion fruit, pulp scooped out and sieved, seeds discarded
  • 250g natural yogurt
  • 200ml orange and passion fruit juice (we used Tropicana)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp honey, or more to taste
  • a thumb-sized piece of fresh turmeric, peeled and chopped (or 1 tsp ground turmeric)

Step by step

  1. In a blender or liquidiser, blend together all the ingredients and divide between 2 glasses.
