How to get your kids to eat more fish
by Helena Lang

Scientists at the University of Bristol claim to have discovered that children who eat fish display more pro-social behaviour than those that don’t. There might be all kinds of reasons for this, including social factors, but it’s also worth considering that fish and seafood is packed with many crucial nutrients including Omega-3 fatty acids, selenium and iodine all of which can help with mood and brain function. It seems like two portions of fish a week is what’s important, and one should be an oily fish like sardines, mackerel or salmon. Why not make this the week you start dishing fish up to your family with these recipes that everyone will love?
