Ingredients
- 200g frozen raspberries
- 180ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1x 150g pot Lindahls Raspberry Kvarg
- 1.5 tsp rose water
- large pinch of ground cardamom
- 1 tsp clear honey (optional)
- fresh raspberries, to serve
- a few pistachios, roughly chopped, to serve
Step by step
- Put the frozen raspberries, milk, Lindahls Raspberry Kvarg, rose water and cardamom in a blender with a handful of ice and blend until smooth. Taste – if it needs more sweetness, blend in the honey.
- Pour into glasses and top with the fresh raspberries and pistachios.
