Ingredients

  • 200g frozen raspberries
  • 180ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 1x 150g pot Lindahls Raspberry Kvarg
  • 1.5 tsp rose water
  • large pinch of ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp clear honey (optional)
  • fresh raspberries, to serve
  • a few pistachios, roughly chopped, to serve

Step by step

  1. Put the frozen raspberries, milk, Lindahls Raspberry Kvarg, rose water and cardamom in a blender with a handful of ice and blend until smooth. Taste – if it needs more sweetness, blend in the honey.
  2. Pour into glasses and top with the fresh raspberries and pistachios.
