Ingredients
- 60ml Nemiroff De Luxe
- 15ml coconut cream
- 10ml fresh lime juice
- 40ml fresh pineapple juice
- Juice of 1 passionfruit
- 5 basil leaves
- Finely chopped pistachio, to serve
Step by step
- Muddle the basil in a pestle and mortar.
- Put all of the ingredients, apart from the pistachio, in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake intensively and strain into a chilled glass. Sprinkle with pistachios to finish.
