Ingredients
- 30ml Nemiroff De Luxe
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 10ml elderberry cordial
- 100ml dry sparkling wine or prosecco
- Cherry, to garnish
Step by step
- Pour the vodka, lemon juice, sugar syrup and elderflower cordial into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until well-chilled, then strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top up with the sparkling wine or prosecco and garnish with a cherry.
