Ingredients
- 250g fresh strawberries, hulled, plus extra to serve
- 200g frozen strawberries
- 100g ice
- 4 tbsp sugar syrup
- 130ml white rum
- 25ml lime juice (1-2 limes)
Step by step
- Place the fresh and frozen strawberries, ice, sugar syrup, rum and lime juice in a high-speed blender. Whiz until blended.
- Serve in cocktail glasses (we used 250ml coupes) and garnish each with slices of fresh strawberry.
